The Salty Heifer Cafe is a locally owned, family-operated breakfast-and-lunch restaurant in Denison, Texas, best known for its signature Breakfast Bombs. The cafe grew from a successful food-trailer operation and now serves its popular breakfast creations and homestyle lunch favorites from a welcoming Morton Street dining room. The menu includes River Biscuits topped with eggs, cheese, sausage and gravy; Waffle Sandwiches; breakfast burritos, platters, omelets and Texas-sized waffles; plus burgers, sandwiches, baskets, salads and classic comfort-food sides.
